In the mid 1980's, John Bowers, Jr. had the vision to convert the Red Bank Airport on Shrewsbury Avenue in Tinton Falls into an office and industrial park. With the support of partners and family entities, Mr. Bowers formed 628 Associates and TF Associates and began the process of obtaining approvals to develop the office park. Over time, the 26 acres has been transformed into a business center with office buildings, flex/warehouse space, file storage and a retail strip center totaling over 192,000 square feet.
