Our company was founded in 1894 by Philip J. Bowers as a real estate, insurance and construction business with our first office in Newark, New Jersey. Family owned and operated, we have been serving clients for over 130 years, growing through the years due to the dedication and hard work of each generation. Today, the real estate development, brokerage and property management is run by John Bowers, Jr. and his daughters Nicola and Samantha, both proud to be the 4th generation involved with the business.
