 Our company was founded in 1894 by Philip J. Bowers as a real estate, insurance and construction business with our first office in Newark, New Jersey. Family owned and operated, we have been serving clients for over 113 years, growing through the years due to the dedication and hard work of each generation. Today, the real estate development, brokerage and property management is run by John Bowers, Jr. and his daughters Nicola and Samantha, both proud to be the 4th generation involved with the business.
At Philip J. Bowers & Company, we’re dedicated to service and industry excellence. We’re licensed real estate brokers and agents and National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals. We’re also actively involved in Red Bank, New Jersey as board members and volunteers of the Special Improvement District, known as RiverCenter. We have office space and retail storefronts available in Red Bank, New Jersey. Retail, office and flex warehouse space is available in the Tinton Falls Business Center located off Shrewsbury Avenue and Apple Street in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. In addition, we have professional file storage facilities in Red Bank and Tinton Falls. Philip J.
